报告人简介：

Emanuele Sartori received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Padua, Italy and Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal, in 2013. He is currently the scientific exploitation manager and leads the scientific activities for the ITER Neutral Beam Test Facility in Consorzio RFX, Padova, Italy; and he has been a Tenured Associate Professor in the University of Padua, since 2024.

His research interests include the field of neutral beams for nuclear fusion including ion beam transport and acceleration, negative-ion rich and caesiated plasmas, electrostatic probe design, and vacuum technology.

This talk is based on the lecture for the 15th ITER International School in 2026.
